Refunds are eligible for ONLY 1b# and 613 ( unaltered in any way) wigs or bundles. Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom color units are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will be processed after receiving the hair and the hair is inspected and up to par.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email for real-time updates.
